EMMY AWARD®-WINNER TAMMY TUCKEY MAKES HER SINGING DEBUT WITH FIRST-EVER ALBUM, YOU’LL FIND ME ON MAIN STREET
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (March 9, 2018) – Tammy Tuckey, an Emmy Award®-winning filmmaker and singer-songwriter, makes her singing debut with the release of her first album, You’ll Find Me on Main Street.
The album features a compilation of songs, both familiar and rare, as
showcased through the years at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
Since her first trip to Walt Disney World Resort at age two in 1998, Tuckey has
been both fascinated and inspired by the music and songs featured
throughout the theme parks, shows and attractions of the world-renowned
resort. Since 1971 over 600 million visitors from around the world have
been delighted and entertained by an incredible songbook.
Now,
Tuckey pays tribute to this unique Disney songbook by performing her
own renditions of songs from Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood
Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. The album track list includes:
· "Tomorrow's Child/New Horizons Medley" from the Spaceship Earth and Horizons at EPCOT
· "Someone Like Me" from Doug Live! stage show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
· "The Great Outdoors" from The Country Bear Vacation Hoedown attraction in the Magic Kingdom - Featuring Byron Berline
· "Two Brothers" from The American Adventure attraction at EPCOT - Featuring Ali Olmo
· "Strangers Like Me" from the Tarzan Rocks! stage show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom - Featuring Mike McKee
· "Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand" from the Walt Disney World Resort Millennium Celebration at EPCOT - Featuring Sounds of Blackness
· "Remember the Magic" from the Walt Disney World Resort 25th anniversary Celebration - Featuring Don Liuzzi

35
years after recording the Irving Gordon folk song "Two Brothers" for
The American Adventure attraction at EPCOT in 1982, singer Ali Olmo revisits this beautiful ballad in a melancholy duet of the song with Tuckey.
A musician on the original soundtrack for the beloved Country Bear Jamboree attraction, Byron Berline fiddles his way back to center stage with "The Great Outdoors" from the Country Bear Vacation Hoedown.
Drummer Mike McKee,
from the country rock band "Delta Rae," lends his musical talents for
the Phil Collins' hit, "Strangers Like Me," that was originally featured
in the Tarzan Rocks! concert at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Don Liuzzi,
a member of the famed Philadelphia Orchestra and original performer on
the 1982 soundtrack of The American Adventure, accompanies Tuckey on the
guitar for a jazz rendition of the Walt Disney World Resort 25th
anniversary anthem, "Remember the Magic."
Known
for their work on Disney's acclaimed animated feature "The Lion King"
and the animated short "John Henry," three-time Grammy Award®-winning vocal/instrumental ensemble, Sounds of Blackness,
perform alongside Tuckey for a new rendition of the Walt Disney World
Resort Millennium Celebration theme song, "Celebrate the Future Hand in
Hand."
