Summer Vacation Begins

Hey All,

It's been awhile since there's been new postings, thank you for your patience for waiting for new content.

So since schools are now out of sessions and most of you guys and gals are now enjoying your summer break before going back to school in August/September months.

I'm just as excited and anxious to start the summer time to enjoy the beaches, camping, amusement parks, plus so much more! What are you excited about the summer time? Do you like the summer or prefer another season?

What's Next??

I bet you'll are wondering why no updates or even postings since last month. Well, its a busy time for us at Themagical Team since the summer has already begun in order to relax after a long development schedule with the "Steel Force Simulation".

Don't worry folks! We are still working on some projects but on the slow development phases.  Below we'll be showing the 'current simulation status' of all upcoming simulations that will be in our current 'development cycle'.

Themagical Behind the Scenes: Themagical Projects to date!

Soarin: (Internal Build: 2012.05.29/008) This build has been shown a Live Preview
on a recent blog post. New features are being coded and a possible beta release is approaching soon! 
**Update: (06/04/2012) New recoding has been performed to better situated with rendering and more stability in the HTML5 coding and java-scripting.  Improved performance in browser rendering in Firefox and Safari. IE9 still not rendering properly quite yet with new format. 
**Note: Due to high request, this build may or may not be release due to the progress of how the simulation has been so far.

Millionaire Play It: Trivia Version 2 (Beta Version: 041411/001.v2_triv) This simulation hasn't been updated since its public release due to the popular request of the "Steel Force Simulation" due date release and bug fixes. This will be updated and tied in with the current simulation of 'Millionaire Play It' as bug fixes with that simulation will bring the string code from version 1.0.8 to 2.0.



 Disney's Epcot TEST TRACK: (No Confirmed Internal Build) Even though the 'Steel Force Simulation' has been released in April 29th, 2012 , there hasn't been any work on the upcoming simulation due to busy work schedules and development rest breaks. More news about this simulation and when the production begins will be coming soon later this year. Stay Tuned!

Steel Force Simulation...IT'S HERE!

Yes that's right! STEEL FORCE SIMULATION ....IS HERE!

America/Netherlands April 29, 2012 The wait is over! Dorneyonline.com and Themagical.nl are happy to present the long planned, much anticipated Steel Force Simulation.

The simulation development team at Themagical.nl has created many unique, detailed simulation games which place players in control as the operator of Disney theme park attractions. In partnership with Dorneyonline.com, the team now presents a new simulation based on the Steel Force roller coaster at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in Allentown, PA USA.

In the process of development new milestones and hurdles were overcome, including all new coding based on Adobe Flash's Action Script 3.0 language. Special features not featured in the team's previous projects include a new visitor engine which allows operators to control the queue lines to best fit crowd size, and a train status panel to display the location of each of the ride's three trains.

Be sure to head to Dorneyonline.com to start playing, and stay tuned. The next simulation for Dorneyonline.com will be created using HTML5 instead of Flash. Details on the attraction to be featured will be revealed soon!

Sorry for the low profile

Hey There!

First of all I want to say to my readers, I'm sorry for a low profile since last month and starting this month.

Last month in March, I had a family emergency and it took me to recover from the situation. Right now everything is alright and I thank those who follow me via Twitter (twitter.com/randydorney)for your kind remarks from the situation.

Also the same time as well our webmaster/founder of Themagical has a family emergency as well. So I was helping on the front end of Admin at Themagical for the time being when we recovered to full health.   


We appreciate our community & readers for keeping in touch with us via email to check up on us during those difficult times we both encountered.


For now, we are all ok and things have returned to normal.

 Breaking NEWS!!


We got the "all-clear" from Themagical team that the game is READY but still minor fixes for Dorneyonline.com website to be ready for the public!


The game build has been ready but we've been with talks with the webmaster at Dorneyonline.com on a 'how to play' section for those who are new to playing the simulation game.


Josh has been really busy with his daily life activities that has slowed down the launch for the game. Due to this we've been fixing the simulation as for the general public launch and as well making sure the game play is meeting quality standards.


We'll be announcing here when the game will be launched for public use! We want to thank our beta testers who have been helping us with their bug related issues.

Cosmic Reid All-Request Cafe | Starlight Cafe has officially ended!

Our friend Chris Reid and friend partner has closed up shop of his radio show that's was heard on MagicalMouseRadio.com every Monday afternoon at 1pm ET.

Due to his new job commitments and as well new projects of being part of the launching of "Magic 24. 7" California's Disney Radio Station, it has made him have lack of time to continue his daily shows each Monday to continue going. Every show was based on his free time out of his busy schedule.

I know for myself and speaking of behalf of Martijn, having a full time job, raising a family, health issues and other personal activities has caused us to have too lack of free time.

Now you're asking, Q.) "Wait....I thought you guys support Chris?! Are you still going to on the new station and his projects?" A.) Yes we are! MagicalMouseRadio.com and Magic 24.7 is our Official radio stations that we support and as well the radio that we listen as when the team discuss on projects, working on projects and as well talk in general. This is where we get inspiration from listening to Disney Theme Park music to help us get our creative juices flowing.

We are SO THANKFUL for the new friendships that we've made thanks to Mike from MagicalMouseRadio.com Radio Station for introducing us to Chris and as well for us to create a new bond friendship with Chris on his shows and projects. We are so happy to be part of his team and as well a great friend to him.

Walt Disney World 40 years!


October 1, 1971 marked Walt Disney World Grand Opening. This is a huge milestone for the Disney Company when it opened as Walt Disney himself was working on this project before he saw it opened.

This project was known as the "Florida Project" as Walt Disney was presenting on the TV broadcast on "World Of Color". As well, we heard many times the quotes about the 'blessing of size'.

As the term 'blessing of size' seems to be a dull saying that doesn't match the imagination of the projects that the Imagineers have been working on before that's now coming to past.

This also keeps in line of the quote of Walt Disney, "Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world." "It's something that will never be finished. Something that I can keep developing...and adding to."

Which brings me to this, recently the Walt Disney Company announced a new theme park land that will be part of Disney's Animal Kingdom....'Avatarland'.

Avatarland coming soon to Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World:



Late announcing news but here goes! This one announcement has made me and a lot of Disney fans in TOTAL shock! The news of Disney adding a new theme land based off the movie "Avatar" by James Cameron has a lot of mix reviews from all sides of media and fans. Many believe this is the revamp of "Beastly Kingdom" that the Disney Imagineers was doing before through surveys back in 2006 and 2008. Even concept art was released about the park but was cut out when Animal Kingdom opened.

We have great news to share today. At a press conference happening right now at Walt Disney Imagineering, Bob Iger and Tom Staggs just announced a long-term creative partnership with James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment and Fox Filmed Entertainment to bring the fantasy world of AVATAR to life at Disney Parks. And it’ll all begin at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort.

James and his producing partner Jon Landau and their team at Lightstorm Entertainment will serve as creative consultants on the project and will work side-by-side with our Walt Disney Imagineers as we dream up experiences that will take our guests deep into worlds of AVATAR like never before. There are also two sequels to the record setting first film in the works, which will offer more fascinating stories, characters and locations to explore in the AVATAR universe. Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort is planned as the site of the first AVATAR-themed land with construction expected to begin by 2013.

We believe Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a great fit for this project because it was created to give guests the opportunity to experience the worlds of animals and nature – real and mythical – in new ways. Disney’s Animal Kingdom also celebrates adventure, living in harmony with nature and environmental stewardship – themes that are deeply rooted in the story of AVATAR.
